Elisabeth points out that Celibacy isn’t for everybody Mar 25, Martin rated it liked it. This book might be helpful to people who are new to the ideas of energy and harnessing energy, however there is nothing practical in this book and the three yoga postures that are suggested for this I would not recommend a beginner attempting by themselves unless they are with someone experienced or a yoga instructor. I agree with every single statement in it and it describes my position on sexuality. Just a moment while we sign you in to your Goodreads account. For me, most of the book was a drawn out explanation of the elisabetth concept littered with bible references and opinions presented as facts. I’ve read a lot of yoga philosophy and I found this book very random and a waste of my time.
